Refers to the integrated logistics management software, warehouse networking protocols, and proprietary cloud infrastructure operated by Wareknit Logistics.
Please read these terms carefully before using the Wareknit Logistics Platform. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By accessing or using the Wareknit Logistics ecosystem, including our partner protocol interfaces, mobile applications, and API endpoints, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. In such case, the terms 'User', 'you' or 'your' shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the services.
“Wareknit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.”

The standardized communication and operational guidelines that govern the interaction between independent warehouse operators and the core Wareknit engine.
All electronic data or information submitted by you to the Service, including inventory levels, transit routes, and personnel logs.
Any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the subject entity.
Wareknit provides a comprehensive suite of cloud-based logistics tools including but not limited to Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and AI-driven route optimization.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the Network Status page at least 48 hours in advance. Critical security patches may be applied without prior notice.
Users utilizing our API must adhere to the rate limits and documentation provided in our API Documentation portal. Excessive usage that degrades platform performance may result in temporary suspension.
You must register for an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activity on your account.
You agree to use the Service in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those governing logistics, freight handling, customs, sanctions, and data protection.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wareknit and its licensors. You retain ownership of your Service Data and grant us a limited license to operate the Service on your behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wareknit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
“Aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Wareknit during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.”
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
